Our returns policy is hassle-free. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, but only if the product is damaged, missing, or incorrect. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email ( within 12 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order ID and details of the issue along with a photo of the product and unboxing video.
  3. We'll arrange for the product to be picked up within 5-7 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive the product in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Please note, replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund you accordingly. Also, any free gifts included with the order must be returned with the product.

Here are the conditions under which returns will not be accepted:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Used or open-sealed products 
  • In case you change your mind (not liking or not required)
  • Returned without original packaging including, shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Free products provided by brand
  • Products included in the Kit/Set/Combos are not individually eligible for returns or replacement. It will be replaced as a whole only in case of damage or defect. 
  • All Products under  Sale are not eligible for returns or replacement unless an item is received in a damaged/defective condition or you have been sent a wrong product.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 4-7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer within 4- 7 business hours after receiving the products back.

Cancellation of an order is possible within 2 hours of placement, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Simply email us at or call us at +91-9311373073 (Mon-Sat: 10 am to 6 PM) to request cancellation. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.

Please note that orders may also be auto-canceled due to system errors, or if the product quantity is out of stock. In such cases, and for any other claimant or delivery partner issues preventing delivery to your location, rest assured that we'll promptly notify you and address the situation accordingly.
